All the students at my school deserve the best! I have some really amazing, dynamic third graders. That’s why I have decided to go to third grade with them. My students have a ton of personality. This group of students are incredible and deserve the best learning opportunities.
I work at a Title I school in Los Angeles.

My Project
Anchor charts are much more engaging and memorable than hearing the same thing over and over again. Making group posters that can be referenced on a wall is also more enduring than using newsprint. My students love seeing their words in print on an anchor chart. They also like being able to see the previous day’s lesson while reviewing. Having chart paper makes these things possible. I work at an Environmental Studies Magnet, and my students are learning to use Google Classroom for their writing. Having ink for our classroom printer will make it possible for my students, and their parents, see their words in print.
