This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students take a summer coding course. To make all our lives easier we need some earbuds. We also need mini composition books so they can write a few tips and tricks. Coding is extra fun with some Botley Robots we got last year through DonorsChoose but we run through batteries super quick. Pencils and notebooks are for those that really get into it and need to write out much more.

Adding some STEAM to the class, we make binary code messages out of the fuse beads.

The different colors allow us to encode messages in a design. The tweezers are also to help with using the very small beads.
