My Students

I am a reading specialist teacher for 1st, 2nd and 3rd grade students who need support in their reading skills and development. These students will be working in small groups or individually to learn skills that will support their reading.

My Project

I included items that will support students in their learning. Most of the objects are for their prize box which they earn when they are hardworking at on task! Students receive positive reinforcement stars on their individual folders and earn prizes when they reach a set amount. Students will also have the option to use fidget toys and items that will help them move their bodies during instruction. This kinesthetic piece will help them stay focused and their hands on a given object and their work! The fidgets will help them succeed in reading groups!
