My Project
My students always enjoy new, engaging ways to deepen their learning. In our class, when we have free time we will watch Numberblocks or Alphablocks, which is a great educational show that furthers their mastery of alphabet and phonics skills, as well as number concepts and mastery. I would love to bring characters that they are excited about to our classroom!
Getting a head start to letter recognition and number sense in kindergarten leads to greater success and confidence when learning how to read and beginning to do equations in first grade.
My students have been drawing their own Numberblock characters, so the Stampoline Park is perfect for counting and creating. The Wipe Clean Box Set will be great for both our literacy and math centers to practice writing. Additionally, the Lakeshore Scoop and Count Ice Cream is perfect for fine motor skills and counting, while the Alphabet Ice Cream cones are fantastic for helping my students who are having trouble recognizing matching capital and lowercase letters.
