Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My class is a group of 22 first-graders. My students are second language learners. Nearly all of my students are from low-income households.

My first graders are: "full of curiosity, full of creativity, full of excitement, and full of adventures to come!"

The district is able to provide programs such as free breakfast and lunch in our cafeteria.

I hope my first graders students receive the best education possible and opportunities to grow as a learner and continue to become lifelong learners.

My Project

These math manipulatives will give my students tools to enhance their learning experience. My students are going to be in need of these manipulatives as it gives them a kinesthetic experience that are especially important for ESL students.

By donating to our project, you will help to improve and increase student attention and focus, you will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement.

My students will love these math manipulatives and center games! They are going to used them in addition to our paper math curriculum and centers. Students also get choice time with a manipulative when they are finished with their math work.
