I teach half day kindergarten in a diverse district. The half day program is back at this school after a several year hiatus. I am an enthusiastic second year teacher who would like to provide my students with additional resources.
The students come to school with various backgrounds and experiences. One student might know all the letters and sounds, while another will not know any! My classroom needs activities and games that will engage and challenge ALL levels of students as they learn letters and the sounds that they make!
The activities and supplies I have selected include letter stamps, activity boxes, and letter magnet centers that will allow students to work together and independently as they learn the letters of the alphabet.
Your donation will help my students work at different levels as we work together to build a strong literacy foundation. Your assistance can provide these students with engaging activities that will help them succeed in their first year of school.
