This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My 5th grade students have unique strengths, but one thing they have in common is a strong love of learning. Although they may not have a lot of resources to keep up with the ever changing world, they are always up for the challenge of learning something new.

My students are full of life and inspiration.

They look forward to different learning experiences and being challenged. They are intelligent, hard-working, and passionate.

These students have grown up in a world of ever-changing technology, but they have been able to maneuver through it, as well as master it.

My Project

My students love to learn! In a classroom of almost 40 students, there are a variety of learners, all that are eager to learn about the concepts that are being put in front of them. Having earbuds for each child will allow them to take ownership of classroom materials, and have access to the learning that is going on in the classroom.

These earbuds will help my students listen to stories being read to them, watch videos on different Science phenomena, and listen to math problems being explained to them in different ways.

These earbuds will help my students learn in the way that works best for them, fostering a continued love of learning!
