Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

In today's rapidly evolving educational landscape, and the vibrant world of kindergarten education, fostering creativity is the cornerstone of a child's learning journey. As an educator, I am constantly seeking innovative ways to engage and inspire my class and I firmly believe that a Cricut would be a valuable addition to our classroom toolkit!

From designing prototypes for STEM challenges, having the ability to work with a variety of materials like vinyl, fabric, and paper, and engaging in sensory exploration, the cricut will open up a world of hands-on learning opportunities.

My students can also deepen their understanding of shapes, colors, and patterns as they design and assemble their creation!

Furthermore, the machine will serve as a valuable tool for promoting social and emotional development! Collaborative projects encourage teamwork and communication, while individual exploration fosters self-expression and confidence! I want my students to have opportunities to be creative and I would love the chance to celebrate that creativity.

Let's empower our youngest learners to dream, create, and explore the endless possibilities that await them!
