This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Novel study provides my students with the opportunity to read grade level content. If you choose to donate towards my project, you will be helping my students improve their fluency, reading comprehension and vocabulary skills. These are important skills needed for my students as they prepare to enter high school.

These novels will offer a variety of literary skills my students desperately need to improve upon.

It also exposes my students to different genres.

My students are special education students who love to read and be exposed to different topics. These books will be so loved by my students who want nothing more than to improve their reading skills.
