My Project

Our Helping Hands, Giving Hearts service organization is made up of students who are passionate about serving others and making a real difference. They meet weekly to design and lead service projects that meet the needs of our community. These young leaders are learning that service is more than giving — it’s about empathy, teamwork, and creating hope for others. We are launching our first community outreach project, "Hope in a Backpack".

Access to nutritious food is one of the greatest needs for individuals experiencing homelessness.

By including easy-to-carry, ready-to-eat foods in our care kits, we can help meet this basic need while showing compassion and respect. For our students, this project is an opportunity to understand how small contributions, like a can of food or a breakfast bar, can make a big impact in someone’s daily life.

Your generosity will help us fill each care kit with food that provides strength and comfort to those in need. Together, we can empower our students to bring hope, dignity, and nourishment to our most vulnerable neighbors.
