My Project
Incentives have a positive impact on a student's academic performance. Incentives can also help to "boost" a student's confidence level.
Some students just need a little motivation to continue on with the learning process and reach their goals.
With this project, I'll be able to give motivation to students with incentives I already have, in addition to the incentives I will be able to get from this project. The treats, sensory items and squishes, will be great motivation for students.
These incentives will be used during this school year and during STEM science projects to help students grow in their learning. Students are all about "Growth Mindset!"
