My Students

My students are super special and so unique! Each child faces different obstacles in life, but they are all trying their hardest to achieve their goals. On a typical day, my students may receive direct instruction, OT, PT, and Speech. Their little minds are stimulated from the time they walk in the door until they leave. My classroom just makes up a small portion of our school of 950 students. We strive to be contributing members of our school and community!

My Project

My classroom is in need of basic supplies to help with everyday learning and crafts. My students are in need of a wireless mouse and headphones to practice basic computer skills using our classroom laptop. The students use our classroom printer to print their work so we also need a replacement cartridge. We are in need of hot glue sticks for crafts. All of the fun holidays are coming up and I want to help these kiddos make ornaments and present for their parents that will last a lifetime. Another item we are in need of is magnetic letters. My students love to use these letters to practice their spelling words, but we currently don't have enough for every child in my small group to have a set.

These items are definitely basic, but they are very much needed!
