Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The spiral bound notebooks will be provided for each of my students during English and Math class. Students are responsible for taking notes off of the board and we frequently have notebook checks to ensure success.
The students will appreciate having access to reinforcements and notebooks required by most teachers to take notes during classes.
The candy will be used to say thank you and reinforce positive behaviors in and out of the classroom. I find when students are struggling or hesitant to participate, even simply mentioning the ability to earn a small candy works very well!
