My students need need of an incubator to start the process of growing baby chicks.
I would also like my students to be able to check for various signs of growth within the eggs.

Hooray! This project is fully funded
This is my second year to teach Pre-K and it has been an adventure to say the least! My students are great kids, but they lack opportunities because of their financial status. Our school is a small Title I school, with many of our students receiving free or reduced lunches. My students have grown so much in one school year, and work very hard every day. My hope is that I can continue to help them grow and expand their experiences through activities that we do in our classroom.
How many kids think that all their food magically appears at the grocery store? Well to answer that--way too many! Many kids do not realize that their is a cycle of events that must take place to get food on their tables. I would love to show my students the process of hatching baby chicks so that they can learn to appreciate the process, as well as understand farm life!
I am in need of an incubator to start the process of growing baby chicks.
I would also like my students to be able to check for various signs of growth within the eggs. After a successful incubation period, we will need a way to care for our baby chicks and keep them warm.
