Hello Donors! I'm back with some great news. My scholars are growing smarter and wiser and has reached some major milestones in their lives. I am coming to you today to ask for your help in funding resources and supplies to help us counter and get a handle on our girl's "Time of The Month". Oftentimes their milestones can be very challenging and embarrassing to handle. I would like to use this opportunity as a teachable moment for our students to understand how to manage their hygiene all while getting more academically smarter.
This is why I am asking if you can help fund the Menstrual Hygiene kits which would make life much easier for our girls during that time of the month because the items are packed away in a small discreet bag, to rid them of their embarrassment.
We are also asking for Flushable Wipes that will allow our students to clean up properly along with the Heating Pads for those discomforting moments. Oftentimes I students would rather go home due to the discomfort but can't because of their parents work schedule. The heating pads will help soothe their aches in the meantime.
