My Project

We are beginning a brand new class for 11th and 12th grade ELA students at my school, called Creative Nonfiction Literature. Students in these classes will explore multiple subgenres of Nonfiction texts and the lessons that we can take away from personal accounts, research-based texts, and self-improvement books.

Please help me provide many different nonfiction books with diverse perspectives for my students to explore throughout this class.

The power of voice and choice is undeniable, and my classroom library needs some serious updating to make this possible and engaging for my students.
