My Project

Hi! I am a third grade math teacher who integrates technology into my classroom on a daily basis. The past few years, I've had access to headphones and a class set of computers that have allowed me to plan for math intervention and math enrichment. Unfortunately this year, nearly all of my headphones have broken, which has made it very difficult to facilitate small group, individualized instruction using computer-based technology. Without headphones, students are forced to have their computer volume turned to a reasonable level to be able to hear their math game or math fluency practice - with groups of 5-10 students (or more) on a computer at at time, this creates a cacophony of sound and a distracting learning environment.

I would love to have a reliable set of headphones for my students to use so that they can concentrate and work independently while I am doing small group instruction and intervention.

These noise cancelling headphones can also double as an accommodation for students with disabilities who can use them when they need/prefer a calm, quiet environment.
