Noise-Cancelling Headphones for a Quiet Working Environment

My Students
My students are an innovative, creative and active learners. They are caring, kind and particularly good at being thinkers and problem solvers. They love learning in a variety of ways and spaces, and I try to incorporate different ways of teaching and learning everyday. We utilize computers and technology, we incorporate our rocker chairs, futon, pillows and carpet squares into our learning space in addition to movement in our learning.
We do a form of modified flexible seating in our classroom, where students select a place to sit to work that will best fit their learning needs: I encourage them to get the supplies they need and to choose a space that will best meet their learning needs.
They can utilize whiteboards, offices, headphones, rocker seats, stools, desks, pillows, and carpet squares. I am looking to add more variety to our chair selection, including a document camera to make teaching and modeling easier for me and more accessible to my students. Furthermore, I will also be purchasing wobble seats, wiggle seats, "fidget" bands for chairs, and other tools to add to my students' choice and learning selections.
My Project
I am asking for a class set of noise-cancelling ear muffs (Neiko 53925A Adjustable Safety Ear Muffs | ANSI S3.19-1974 Approved, NRR 26 dB | 2 Pack). Many of my students struggle with being distracted by their friends. Providing these headphones will assist my students not only by eliminating classroom distraction but also encouraging them to not talk or distract their classmates and neighbors as well. I've selected two different options to best cater to student comfort:
