My Students

My students are some of the most AWESOME students that I have been privileged to work with. They make my day exciting and worth waking up early.

The students are very intelligent and ready to learn.

They are unique, creative, silly and funny. They are also very hard workers. My students love to explore reading and sometimes writing. I am encouraging them to be lifelong readers and inspire them to learn something new every day. I am teaching them that they can go as far as their minds take them!

My Project

Students work their best when they have all their essential needs met. I know when I am hungry, cold, or just not feeling well taken care of, I do not do my best thinking. Children are the same way and their work shows when they are missing something important. And I know now during the pandemic, snacks and other small things are put at the bottom of our spending list as not as important.

Having a full tummy and their safety needs met will allow my students to work at their highest potential.

The personal hygiene and safety equipment will be used by the students and I to ensure their safety in the classroom. I know with Covid, students feel like they need lots sanitizer and other cleaning equipment to make sure they will not catch Covid. These supplies will put my students' minds at ease and allow them to focus on learning.

The hats, gloves and snacks will be given to the students to use at school and at home. Once given a hat and gloves to keep them warm, they will be allowed to wear them whenever they are needed. They will also be able to eat their snacks whenever needed. Students will also be able to take a snack home if they need it. I hope these necessities will take my students worries away and they can stay focus on learning.
