Help me give my students the equipment necessary to organize their belongings.
FULLY FUNDED! Ms. Alba's classroom raised $589

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
I have an Autistic Support Classroom that is new to the school. I work in a Title One high school in Philadelphia. The students that I work with struggle with expressive and receptive language abilities. Visuals are an essential tool to help students with autism understand their environment and express their wants and needs.
I am trying to make my classroom a second home to my students, and I focus on creating a safe, fun environment.
This "homey" environment is where we spend most of our day and it is important that we have the supplies that we need. I am thankful for all of your support!
My Project
The plastic cart will be use to storage glues, pencils, crayons, etc., and can be moved around the classroom. The metal rolling cart is to store the microwave, toaster oven and other cooking utensils that we use for life skills.
We don't have any storage or wall hooks to put away our personal belongings.
I have three tables in the classroom without chairs and the school is not able to provide them to the classroom.
The wall hooks are to put away their backpacks and the coats. Some of the plastic bins are for each one to store their hygiene products and the rest of them are to organize the classroom materials.
