This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am wanting to get a head start at creating a fun end of the year project for my students. My students are all new to the country and with that being said, many of my students did not come with many clothes or resources to buy new clothes or items for the classroom.
I am wanting to create end of the year t-shirts that students can design without having to purchase or use shirts they rewear daily.
By providing my students with t-shirts, each child is secured an opportunity to participate in this activity. The fabric markers will be a lot easier for children, and less messy, than tye dye.
I am wanting to wear these shirts on field trips as well as field day.
