This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

I am a 6th grade science teacher with many special education and English language learning students in a high-need community.

Help! We can't write because we don't have a working pencil sharpener in our classroom! We also need markers and pencils for everyday use.

This sharpener is an essential part of our classroom needs. It is very frustrating to try and sharpen your pencil everyday, just for the lead to break over and over again.

Please support our project! You will make it possible for us to be able to write with a sharp pencil!
