This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am hoping to supply my students with nutritional snacks or fun snacks that I can keep in the classroom. Very often they come to school hungry or they miss their lunch period due to their studies. If I was able to have items in my classroom for them to eat, I know it would help them be successful throughout the day. No one should have to feel hungry and I hope that this project will help to end some of the hunger my students' experience during the day. If your stomach is full, you are happy!
