No One is Born a Great Cook, They Must Learn!

Help me give my students these sets of non stick cookware. This will make preparing recipes easier as the ingredients won't stick and clean up will be faster.

My Students

My students are a very diverse group: I teach them all; academically gifted and ones who struggle, wealthy students and poverty stricken ones too. I am a CTE teacher. What that means is I teach students who may or may not be heading to college. My job is to teach these students “real world” skills that include workplace skills, home making skills, and budgeting. Some of my students have no home support so it falls to me to teach them these skills. My budget for these classes have been cut each year and this year it has been cut over 45%. My equipment is aging and needs to be replaced. At this point in time there is no funding available to do that. Without these supplies my students will not be able to cook as much and it is very hard to teach cooking skills without adequate equipment. Please help me fund my project to get my students the help they need!

My Project

These cookware sets will make a huge difference in my classroom. My students get frustrated with the antiquated equipment we have. It makes recipes much more difficult to execute. I have 4 separate kitchens which is why I need 4 sets of the cookware.

Please help me ensure that each kitchen can successfully execute the recipe they are trying to replicate.

High school students need to learn these skills so they can successful in their adult life. They learn skills they will use for a lifetime in my class and they deserve better equipment than we currently have. But due to budget issues I do not have the funds in my budget to fund it. Please help me donors!
