This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Do you remember what it was like when you were in school and it rained? It is not easy being stuck in a classroom all day. Most kids look forward to recess and lunch recess to run around, talk, and play with friends. Most of my students are not into iPads anymore. I think that they had enough technology during COVID. I am requesting some classic board games like Uno, Battle Ship, Connect Four, Guess Who, Monopoly, and Sorry. These games will help my students socialize and pass the time during rainy days.

Board games are fun, entertaining, and create good social skills; like sharing and taking turns.

These board games will help them learn social skills, sportsmanship, teamwork, and have fun when they can't go outside and play in the yard. They need to play and be able to take a break from brain overload, and board games can help.
