My Students

Our classes are language and learning disabilities, self-contained classes. Chronologically we are sixth & seventh-grade classes, their functioning level ranges from first to fourth. The majority of our students are bilingual whose parents speak only Spanish or Creole. This makes getting help with homework difficult.

At the start of the school year, many of the students were beginning readers, however as the year progressed the reading fluency and comprehension improved.

The best part of this job is seeing the smiles on their faces when they progressed from beginning reader to reading independently.

My Project

Google I can't take it anymore! I'm constantly being kicked out of meets with my students and my technology is always lagging. I'd love to be able to have a faster speed, share my screen with some cool things for my kids, and be able to upgrade without losing access for hours.

This MacBook will allow me to be able to keep up with all my students' needs at a faster speed.

The MacBook will allow me to open several platforms at once so that I can monitor all my students' life during their lessons.
