Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are exceptional artists, and they deserve to have a space to have their artworks time to dry without getting damaged. The organizational bins will allow all 180 of my English Learners, Special Education, and opportunity students to feel like real artists and have one less thing to worry about at our Title I school.
These students are usually the students who tend to get overlooked at a Title I school whose daily attendance hovers around 1,000 7th and 8th grade students.
I am their advocate. Getting the organizers will make "real" artists for this year's 180 students, and next year's 180 students, and so on...the organizers are a durable material.
