My students need some flexible seating so that they can work together in teams. My goal is to have 3-legged stackable stools so they can work closely together.

My Students

My sixth-grade students are enthusiastic learners who love to work on projects together. They create stories, presentations, artwork, and poetry based on the texts that they read. The students are growing their love of reading all types of texts (literature, informational text, poetry, and drama) while learning important skills of teamwork, cooperation, and collaboration.

I learn so much from my students each and every day!

Their love for life and their curiosity are contagious. They are growing every day and will become wonderful leaders in our society.

My Project

My goal is for my students to have flexible seating so that they can work more effectively in teams. Stackable stools (Norwood Commercial Furniture 3-Legged Stack Stools) will allow the students to work where they need to in the classroom -- focusing on their teamwork and not on how awkward it is to work in groups.

When students are a bit more comfortable and have the freedom to choose their working environment, the sky is the limit.

Stools for flexible seating in my classroom will enable my students to focus on the task at hand as opposed to the classroom environment.
