Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Teaching and learning in an older building can be hard on our health. Winter months also bring about sickness and it is important to make sure we stay as healthy as possible. Many of my students have allergies, which makes for a day full of sneezing and coughing. This can affect their work and their health. My students deserve to be in a clean, safe, healthy environment for learning.

Having Kleenex, cleaning wipes, and hand sanitizer can make sure my students are healthy and stay in school.

Having enough materials to sanitize surfaces each day will make coming to school more enjoyable for my students. It will also help keep illnesses from spreading.
