Our students are ascending a peak in physical education. Learning important lifetime fitness skills now will provide a healthier lifestyle in the future and provide the world with health literate citizens.
Our children come from many backgrounds and the diversity makes teaching and planning fun, trying to engage every student.
Some come from different countries displaced by natural disasters, others come from military families and stay for a short time, and some may also come from migrant workers that work the local fields and then they are off to the next venture.

My Project
Students can be very creative with excuses on how they do not want to participate, but when you have so many options we could limit that and help students explore different avenues.
If we give them the ball my hope is that they run with it and teach others.
We advocate a healthy lifestyle with low impact games such as Slammo, which can be played in a very small area, and also using the correct equipment for flag football, such as pylons and apparel that mimics the pros. What we are trying to achieve is that there are always options to offer students other than the traditional route.
With your help, we can bring small group activities that will help the students sharpen each other's skills, as well as explore up and coming popular sports including street hockey and lacrosse, but to increase play we need the requested barriers to control the area of play so students will not chase the balls all over the place. Our goal is to explore games that students would not get to try without joining some kind of expensive league, as well. Thank you for your time.
