Help me give my students the opportunity to sit outside while eating their lunch. Students will be enjoying the outdoors with their friends in nature while eating.

My Students

512 students are attending our Title 1 school (31 % of our students are minority). All students receive free lunch. The majority of students eat breakfast and lunch at our school. Students have 15 minutes to eat lunch and 25 minutes for lunch recess. All students love to be social and hang out with their friends during their recess time. All Students participate in Music, P.E. and extracurricular activities.

My Project

We currently have 512 students ( K-6th grade) attending our elementary school. Most students spend about 80 % indoors during their school day and are lacking time outside. We are in the process of installing outdoor time for all students and Lunch time is a perfect time to allow students to be outside and enjoy nature while eating. We currently have two tables and are in need of at least two more due to popularity shown by the students. The table you will be donating will provide the opportunity for hundreds of students to have memorable times enjoying lunch outdoors.
