My Students
My awesome students attend school every day. Since my students are at school all day, most consider school to be a special home away from home. My wonderful students need the bare essentials to help them become successful achievers.
Most of my students are from low-income families and are eager to learn.
My school takes the time to challenge children of all abilities to achieve excellence in a wide range of academic, cultural and extracurricular activities. The vision is to equip children for the demands and opportunities of the twenty-first century, by offering a differentiated, effective, and rigorous curriculum as an entitlement to all. A professional and highly motivated staff, in partnership with parents, encourages each child to achieve his/her full potential. In a disciplined and caring environment, based on mutual respect, each child is valued as an individual.
My Project
My students come to school every day. My students come to Social and Emotional Learning Class excited and eager participate. Sometimes my students have a hard time sitting still during the talking circle.
Help students get a no bully rug for SEL Class.
The rug has different seating squares to allow students to sit in their own individual space. I know my students will be excite when the no bully rug will arrive. I can't wait to see the look on their faces when they wait in my class and see that big no bully rug.
The no bully rug will serve as a reminder that bullying is not allowed!!!
