Ninja Warrior Course In Queens NY

My Project

Being a PE teacher in such a diverse neighborhood of Queens is an amazing job. The kids are always excited to come to the gym! We are always looking to enrich their lives with new physical activities! A lot of the kids in this city schools play the traditional sports like soccer and basketball.

Here at our school we would love to give them an opportunity to participate in physical activities that most of our student population doesn't experience.

We feel that ninja warrior classes would help us achieve that goal. Ninja Warrior classes help develop agility, endurance, and speed which gives kids an advantage in other sports too. They are constantly forced to alter positions to stay balanced while running the course.

We feel that the Ninja Warrior equipment could be used to help build a full Ninja Warrior Obstacle Course. It is important for kids today to know that there are other activities they can do to stay physically active other than just sports. Some of our students do not love sports but love climbing, running and leaping. These skills are fully incorporated in a ninja warrior course.

We also feel that these mats could help us create a gymnastics unit. We feel that they would be used regularly in our PE classes!

In closing, we ask that you help support our NYC Queens public school and help bring an enriching experience to the youth in Queens NY.
