My Students

A typical day in our classroom is full of learning, smiles, and fun! We are a family! We work hard because the goals for kindergarten are huge, and they can achieve whatever they are held accountable for. My students are diverse and come from a variety of backgrounds and background knowledge.

My students are excited and eager to learn and deserve the very best setting and materials to help them be successful.

My children are curious and enjoy learning about science and the world around them.

My Project

We LOVE to read in our classroom! Students read independently, in small groups, and all together! Reading non-fiction books not only helps our students learn, but it also provides them with experiences they may not have outside of the classroom.

My students learn so much from non-fiction books!

These books will be used with each of our thematic units to teach my students facts on each particular topic.

We would love to add to our classroom library, and we need books on wants and needs, living and nonliving things, community helpers, and force and motion, just to name a few!

Reading is such an important part of our day! Listening to books helps my students become more fluent readers while learning new information. We are thankful for any donations towards this project!
