Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Over the course of this school year, our school has received more than 40 non-English speaking newcomer families.

I would like to set up a "Translation Station", where students can sit and use laptops and pads to translate learning materials.

This is where the headphones come in. By providing AirPods, we can unlock a world of possibilities in media education. These wireless earbuds offer seamless integration with our existing technology infrastructure, allowing students to participate in virtual lessons, collaborate with peers, and engage in hands-on media projects with unparalleled freedom and flexibility.

The impact of AirPods extends beyond convenience; it's about leveling the playing field and providing all students with access to the tools they need to succeed. For students with hearing impairments or auditory processing challenges, AirPods can serve as assistive devices, enhancing their learning experience and ensuring equal opportunities for participation. Of course, snacks are a good way to keep students energized!
