This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As this year winds down, I am already thinking ahead to next year's start to the year. In kindergarten we are always busy and by doing lots of hands on learning we go through a lot of must have materials.

As supplies are running low, students need supplies such as glue sticks, chart paper, pencil cases, playdoh, and more in order to effectively learn and start their year off successfully.

Our school is a Title I school, so many of our families cannot afford to send in supplies for their students or donate to our classroom. However, these supplies are used daily in whole group, small group, centers, and individual instruction to make sure students are having plenty of time practicing skills and showing what they learn.
