Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students need more storage units to store their books and materials. Flexible seating is excellent for collaborative experiences and socioemotional learning. I have the seats and desks but do not have a place for their books.
My students need a mobile storage cubby so that they can be organized!
I need a 24-unit cubby system with individual slots so that each student can stay organized. My students need a place to put materials away when we are not using them. I want a cubby for each subject area so that my students can stay organized. Having individual cubbies is essential in a flexible third-grade classroom. Please help me get these individualized cubbies for my students. Being organized will help my students find their materials more efficiently and create a safer workspace. It will help them be more successful and promote a growth mindset. In addition, since our community is close to the Eaton fire, I expect new students as their families will have to find new housing. It would be fantastic if you donated and supported the Los Angeles community.
