Fourth Grade Fun!

My large class of diverse learners love a classroom where they can ask questions, where they are challenged, and where they feel safe, respected, and comfortable.

My students are creative, thoughtful, and compassionate, with such bright futures ahead of them!

In our class, we practice a growth mindset every time we step in the room, and we approach every opportunity as a place to learn and grow. We are so excited to see where our learning will take us this year!

My Project

Having a clean, calm, and effective space is such an important part of classroom set-up! My students spend a large majority of their instruction time on the carpet, so having a comfortable (and clean) rug space for them and a chair for me is a must.

Using a chime and a bell as attention getters calls students back to learning after discussion time in a way that keeps the classroom volume low and the overall energy in the room relaxed.

We practice mindfulness daily to get our bodies ready for learning, and a good chime makes that possible.

Our class will be using these supplies every day!
