This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
Eighth grade is a pivotal year in a students educational journey. My students are bright and eager to learn. They are funny and talented and don't let their special education needs stop them from always trying. A classroom environment should feel like a second home.
My Project
Students have been learning remotely the past year and a half. Teachers and students are excited about a new year and a fresh new start. A
vibrant classroom ensures stimulation for students minds and brains.
For the upcoming school year i would like to create a warm and inviting classroom. The school building is older and hasn't been remodeled. I would like to cover existing furniture and bulletin boards to brighten up room. It has been proven that students learn better when their environment is bright and cheerful. One's environment plays a big role in achievement, hence what a better way to create academic success in school.
