Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
Well...thankfully I have survived my most demanding school year this far in my career! I am looking forward to the new school year with all my new excited 2nd grade scholars! This year was an eye opener for me of how many scholars families truly do not have enough funds to get their children ready for a successful school year. With 79% of our families at a disadvantage I would love to be able to get a head start on the new year by getting things for their SEL learning and their academic learning.
With all the folders, color pencils, and notebooks I can ensure that all the scholars have the materials they need to succeed in the classroom.
With the SEL materials will help them learn how to self regulate and be comfortable in the classroom!
