My Project

I am truly fortunate to teach a wonderful, curious, ambitious group of students and to love what I do each day! Each morning during homeroom there is a stream of students coming into our ELA classroom swapping out their books. But to keep their excited energy when it comes to reading, we need to have a library that is filled with exciting titles. Nothing makes me happier than to have a student say, "Can you put this book to the side for me?"

We strive to cultivate a love of reading in our classroom, but this means needing to update our library to meet our students’ varying interests and reading levels.

Your donation will help to update our library with the most recent titles - and cross many off our student wish list!
