New Year, New Beginning

Help me give my students new supplies for a new year. They need timers for centers, and because they do not have adequate supplies we have to make notebooks, so a electric stapler would be appreciated!

Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

I teach at a title 1 school, where most of the students are in very low income and poverty lines. I have some students that do not speak any English and the ones that do are very low and are the only English speaking person in their entire families. Although, they are in this educational gap they really try hard to succeed and to become successful. So I would like supplies to be able to give them that chance and opportunity just like any other school or environment.

My Project

These materials will help me to run my classroom like any top notch school across the country. Right now I am having to fund my classroom with my own paycheck, and honestly it is becoming very expensive. There are many project and centers that I would love to do but unfortunately I am lacking the funds to complete them. I am not asking for a lot, but to these kids a little would make a world of difference to them. These materials will allow me to teach my classroom full speed ahead and with a full momentum of supplies. With these supplies this would be a great school year.
