My Project

Thank you so much for the time to read about my project. We are about to enter a new school year and I teach Preschool-3. My students are three-years-old and this is the first time many will be at a big school. This transition can be difficult for them and their families so it would be wonderful for them to have fun materials already provided for them! To transition these babies to school, it is often so much fun for them to make projects, explore, and get creative! They can use these materials to draw or create crafts about their favorite people or things.

My classroom is a Collaborative classroom so some of my sweet students have developmental delays, making extra materials necessary for their development.

The materials are perfect for Pre-K and for my sweet littles with delays. The triangular pencils make it easier to teach and learn how to grip the pencil. The triangular pencils don't roll, so it's easier for students to keep up with their materials (this is especially important for children at this age to learn appropriate pencil grasp. This also helps children with fine motor delays). The crayons and markers will be used to explore different art materials and continue to learn the proper grip. This donation will help provide creative materials for all my students to use and explore and to keep at school for daily use.
