My Project

My students are amazing! I will loop with my current 6th graders and have them again for 7th grade. I love this because everyone already knows the expectations and is comfortable so we can jump right into learning.

I would love to have pencil pouches for each student, filled with basic supplies such as notebooks, pencils, erasers, glue sticks, and highlighters.

Our classroom runs on an economy system and students tend to take care of their supplies because it costs them "classroom" money to replace if lost or damaged. Providing students with supplies and holding them accountable for said supplies helps to create our classroom culture of respect and teamwork. Tempered with love, determination and fortitude, we will have a great school year!
