My Students

Are you a slow reader? I have many students who read slower than their classmates and struggle to finish their assigned readings in class. I want to have a class set available for these students to complete their assigned reading at home.

My students love reading, and many of them are upset when they are absent from class and miss a day of reading or cannot read fast enough to keep up with their classmates.

I want to help these students by providing them a novel so that they never fall behind in the reading. I also am requesting an audio version of the CD because I like to reward my students for their silent and group readings by allowing them to listen to the book on CD once a week.

My Project

This novel will allow my students an opportunity to take their learning to a new level. They will be responsible for reading not only in class but keeping up with their reading outside of class. They can read without the pressure of the time constraints in the classroom and actually appreciate and enjoy the text.

I cannot express to you exactly how much this novel will help my students.
