My students need new tricks for the new year! I'm requesting lots of music books, activities, reproducibles, lessons and FUN that we will use year after year in grades pre-K through 5th!

My Students
My students are Pre-K through 5th grade - they are excitable and enthusiastic and lots of fun! Teamwork and cooperative learning is a huge focus of our school, and music is a great team builder! Though we are not a fine arts school, we do our best: giving regular performances on campus and in our community. In addition to their love of performing, my students love LEARNING new things about music!
Our school enjoys a reputation for excellence in music as well as academics, and we are striving to do our best every day to amplify the joy!
All students at our school, pre-k through 5th grade come to music class on a rotation. We enjoy ukeleles, recorders, drama, percussion, xylophones and all kinds of fun ways to make music.
My Project
I'm asking for a curriculum for each grade entitled "This is Music", as well as lots of other fun books and activities. I'm also excited about the Music Center Handbook (you may know we have a "music lab" and we always love new activities in there!). All of us will enjoy these materials, and they are sustainable - meaning we will enjoy these for years to come! "This is Music" has a book for each grade level, and include reproducible pages, lessons, and also a CD.
These activities, including centers, independent activties and whole group lessons will be used in each grade level pre-K through 5th.
We always have fun in music, but we're especially excited for a tremendous year in music with all of our fun new activities! Thanks for your help and generous support as always!
