New Tools for the New School Year

Help me give my students gloves and garden tools to start the new school year off with new supplies!

My Project

We have lots of awesome plans for the raised bed garden for next school year, and we need new garden tools to start it off right. New cultivators and rakes will be used to get the garden in tip top shape and the air freshener will be used in the classroom to mask some of the sweat smells that arise after we are out in the garden for a bit.

Garden tools make cleaning and moving green matter so much easier than having to do it with just our hands.

The gloves will make it so that we do not get poked by thorns or get our hands muddy from the soil when we weed and plant seedlings into the raised beds. We have a great plan to create a colorful, beautiful garden that will feed us as long as we keep planting. The students will learn how to grow food for themselves, their families and our surrounding communities to enable everyone to thrive in these uncertain times.
