This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I create new bilingual materials for my students using my 2015 iPad which has stopped working properly. The truth is that it is the object that I have taken the most advantage of these years of teaching. Creating didactic material with an iPad offers several benefits, including enhanced engagement, versatility, and portability for educators. It allows for seamless switching between apps, real-time content creation and editing, and the ability to annotate documents and presentations. iPads also offer features like screen recording for creating instructional videos and accessibility tools for diverse learners.

Technology provides diverse methods to meet differentiated instruction and experiences to target individual needs and ensure success in education.

I love making new materials for each didactic unit. I use a lot of iPad-specific apps, especially Keynote and GoodNotes. I love being able also to create a variety of digital resources to make learning more fun and exciting for my students. My students will be able to benefit from this new acquisition because they will be able to enjoy interactive materials and be able to write and make corrections with the Apple Pencil when they are using the device. The iPad will also substitute the interactive board that we don't have and we need it so bad.
