Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I am a fourth grade teacher at a Title 1 San Antonio school. My class this year is incredible - they impress me every day. They come prepared to learn and are motivated to try new things. A few of my students were previously my second graders - seeing their growth has been so exciting!

I strive to engage my students in and excite them about what they're learning!

I want to give my students every opportunity possible. They deserve it!

My Project

I am looking to add more seats to our flexible seating collection. The kids love our rolling chairs and bean bags. I also have some books they've been asking about. We also need some new supplies for our daily routine.

The kids love flexible seating!

We have some exercise balls, rolling chairs, wobble stools, and a few bean bags. I like giving them options when they choose were to work. I want them to be comfortable if they choose to work around the classroom.

I have a hard working group this year and I want to give them any option I can!
