Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As the school year begins, I am looking for a few extra items to help organize my students and the classroom.

Although I prepared for 15 students, I now have two more who arrived from other schools and at least three more new students who are currently being evaluated for special education.

This means I need just a few more items to make sure they all get the same supplies, so we can also have them follow classroom procedures and activities.

The pencil pouches will contain their daily supplies (we are using a binder system that is working very well so far); the reward stickers continue to be a big incentive but my supply is running low already. The cubes will keep materials out of sight on our shelves (and keep distractions at bay); the markers will help me write names on the pencil pouches and other items the students use; the contact paper will help cover our well-worn desk tops and the Teachers Pay Teachers gift card will continue to allow me to find extra activities and work my students need to practice their skills.
